Larissa, I just want to point you to Week 6: Lessons 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 would be helpful for you if you are still stuck in ‘all-or-none’ where you abstain from carbs altogether, and then get rebellious. In 6.3 I go through what to do about that, step by step. If you are not able to follow that, let me know why.
All of these problems can be solved; it’s a matter of finding the right question(s) to ask.
And, by the way, the three of you in this thread are stuck in different places, for different reasons.
