Petra, in answer to your question, whenever you think you don’t know how to deal with feeling good and in control, just bring yourself into the present moment and remind yourself: nothing bad has happened, so far so good, let’s see how this goes.

Keep in mind that if there’s anything you don’t like about how you are with food now, you can always go back to your old ways, or make some other changes that suit you better. You’re in charge!
