I am wanting to figure out, still, what to eat! If I try to think of something in my approach- like anything, like low carb or fresh or low fat or no sugary, starchy, rubbishy or whatever I can think of…. I can trip up and land in the diet and perfect mode. And then trip into the all or nothing and ‘what the hell’ land. So I have heard what you have been saying, and maybe you have answered it already but this is a wall I have hit. And a confusion for me. I want to eat healthy. I want to feel good.
