The video was a great help. It showed that by changing your daily menu, your health can drastically improve! It is a no brainer as they say, so why is it so difficult to achieve??!! It’s the theory again needing to be put into practice…so this week starting with cutting out potatoes and replacing with cauliflower rice as it is called, and more veg. See how we go…will report back next week.
