I have read your article on the Set Point Theory and agree, that if there is a set point in our bodies that keeps us at a certain weight, losing any weight above or even below that would be non existent! So for me it’s a cop out to not really addressing the cause of the weight gain, only the effect…which is overeating! Deep down I know this is my problem and going through the course again hopefully will give my body and mindset the opportunity of dealing with this.
Thank you again for helping to make sense of just another stumbling block in the journey towards better health and what we can achieve by not overeating.
