Hi Vicki – good to read your post here, and I want to suggest that you become curious about your reluctance to do nothing. How about giving it a try? Don’t make it anything to do with eating or not eating. In other words, food isn’t particularly on your mind and you’re simply doing other stuff like the emails. Just ask yourself what might happen if you did nothing – and then do nothing to find out. You can let us know what happens if you want.
