Dear Gillian,
thanks for your suggestion. Actually this Webinar of Week 4 felt like it was made for me. I felt a huge liberation and klicks in my brain!
And yes i am not under eating, especially protein..actually i started again to do the written exercise on a daily basis ” if i own my choices” and i found it so helpful to be connected with me goals.
