I think I am still focussed on weight loss without being completely conscious about it. It is very ingrained, more so than I actually realised!
I was thinking if I did the fasting, it would give my digestive system a break, which would be good for my health, but amusingly, so would just generally eating less… Just so used to being on some kind of diet or regime that I find myself still gravitating toward things I’ve tried before…which didn’t work and were not sustainable.
Perhaps I am trying to overcomplicate this. I need to just focus on ONE aspect at a time. I will start with making my evening meal a smaller portion.
