I’ve been having very intense cravings a few days before the period for decades, but only a couple of years ago I started to be conscious of it, observing and allowing it. I really believed my body need sugar these days.
Last month, it was the first time ever I did not have any cravings those days and I couldn’t believe it, awesome!!!
I think in my case stress is my main trigger. As soon as I feel anxious, I eat it. The hardest part now is that if I do not eat, I have to face stress and manage somehow, so I need to learn new strategies.
I remind myself that if I want to eat at that moment is because I have been doing all my life.
