Hi ladies – thank you so much for sharing your insights and experiences with IF. The more I reflect on it, the more clearly I see that I am very used to having a restrictive ‘cell’ with all the rules and regulations that come with it.

I trust that in time, once I have become more familiar with using times and plans and truly recognising that I have CHOICE, not just intellectually comprehending the concept, but truly getting it, then and only then will I contemplate considering IF.

Gen S – what you mention about motivation makes complete sense. I don’t trust at this point that I will be clear with my motivation though (I fear I will tell myself it is to feel less sluggish and to give my digestion a break, but lurking closely under the surface will likely be the desire to drop weight above all else).

I’m going to put my focus on CHOICE and sitting with addictive desire without fulfilling it each and every time and go from there 🙂
