Yes it seems like I’m hiding my alcohol intake doesn’t it. 🤭
In reality I drink about two bottles of wine a month.
I occasionally add a teaspoon of honey to my breakfast cereal, but not always. Unless I’m baking, I don’t add sugar to anything else I can think of.
I’ve chosen in the past few years to eat crackers instead of shop bought bread as I don’t like how my tummy feels after eating it. The wraps, crackers or home made sourdough feel a lot easier on my tummy.
What else could I try instead of crackers?
Anyone have any ideas??
