This week started strong but I slowly faded, but I’m feeling good again. I think I need to do daily work with this program because if it’s not in the forefront of my mind, I slip back into old habits. Maybe I will put post-it notes up or a reminder that states that I have a choice. I didn’t buy any junk food this week, which is progress, but I found myself not choosing the “right” foods towards the end of the week. Still in the dieting mindset of trying to get rid of the bad foods or just choosing unhealthy foods over healthier ones. I plan to read Gillians book on why Intuitive eating doesn’t work tomorrow to try and help me. I think I need to use some sort of a meal plan as opposed to seeing how I feel in the moment. I always feel like the wrong thing lol so I think if I write some loose plan in the beginning of the week, I would be more successful. But I didn’t binge this week either!
