I think if you didn’t have any negative reaction then that’s good. Do you know why you chose not to buy the Belgian buns?
I went food shopping and choose not to buy cookies and ice cream that I bought last time. I chose to be prohibitive because I knew that I would eat the whole box like I did last time. I was aware in the moment that I was choosing to do it for that reason. I don’t know if that’s the right way to look at it, but I had no rebound reaction to that.
