If you want to join us for the live Q&A webinars, on Sundays at 6pm GMT+1, you can sign up, if you’ve not already done so, on the Noticeboard at the top of the MAY Course Dashboard.
As a general principle, I’ve found that if one or two of you experience connection problems during the live sessions, it’s happening at your end. If everyone loses their connection, it’s happened at my end – in which case, just wait and I’ll do what I can to reconnect. That’s only happened once, but it did happen, and we were connected again in a minute or two.
As for your own connectivity, it’s best to use a device that’s hard-wired if possible, and if you can only use wifi, be as close to your router as you can. It may also make a difference if others in your household don’t hog the internet bandwidth at the same time.
