One of the big motivators for me is not to overeat junk because I know it’s not good for my health. Health is a big motivator for me. I try to eat as little processed food as possible. I feel guilty/ mad /disappointed with myself if I do eat “junk”. I will use this as one of my motivators.
However, is my decision not to eat junk a prohibitive one? “I won’t / can’t eat that biscuit as it’s unhealthy”
If I remove my prohibition/give myself permission for processed/junk food won’t I also remove my motivation?
