      Dear everyone, dear Gillian, it is so good to hear from you how you eat and feel in the Christmas season.
      I am quite happy with my eating habits during the day. But the days are exhausting and in the evening I feed myself. The topic low carb high fat has thrown me off track. I take advice and recommendations regarding eating like rules. And immediately I rebel by eating more. I so quickly give up my own way.
      And immediately I feel guilty again.
      I had two weeks in which I was not able to work through my AD in the evening.
      I would like to quickly watch the webinar again from the beginning and think about my motivation. So I hope that I can continue well again in the evening. I felt more relaxed and better when I worked with my AD in the evening.
      But: it’s not quite as bad as it used to be, nibbling on the sofa. I do, but I also stop after a while.
      Maybe I should be satisfied with this at Christmas time.
      I’m really happy about your posts and to see how you are doing and the new webinars in January.

      “The topic low carb high fat has thrown me off track.” – May I suggest that you review the first 20 minutes of the Webinar Replay for Week 5. I use the omega-6 oils as an example of nutritional advice, but it really could be anything at all, including of course carbs.

      “I take advice and recommendations regarding eating like rules. And immediately I rebel by eating more.” – This is the way you tend to think, but do you have any intention to change it?
