Hi Gillian!. I have a doubt with a recommendation you have done to me.
You told me that: Guadalupe, there’s a written exercise at 2.1 on the Course Dashboard.
It seems to me that it would help you a great deal to do that exercise – every day, if you can.
All instructions about it are there on the page, at the bottom.
And I need yo know if you make reference to this exercise that is in 2.5 because in 2.1 I dont see any exercise:
2.5 EXERCISE ON CHOICE
Take a sheet of paper, and write:
If I own my choices about what I eat…
Aim to complete that sentence in six different ways. Write whatever comes to your mind; there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers. Here are examples I’ve seen from clients:
… I won’t eat the leftovers from my children’s plates.
… I’ll eat less processed food.
… I’ll eat less.
… I’ll feel a lot better about myself.
