Where do I find information on “expectation”. Ex. I always have ice cream when I am on vacation, when I overeat it follows a certain pattern, or it is 9 pm and I have a habit of a snack before bed time, etc.

Personally I find it really really useful to remember that my addictive desire is seriously mainly down to my expectations based on my past history!
For me, it’s one of my main things to remember, especially when my desires seem particularly unreasonable to me.
