      Dear Gillian,

      Just finally getting to webinar 5.
      I just wrote this in my journal:
      I have let go of my identity as a person with an eating disorder, as a person who eats for emotional comfort, as a person who uses food to numb out.

      I’m going to a place where I feel my emotions cleanly, I allow emotions to come and process through me. And this is so powerful. Every time I do this I’m blown away by the fact that they always move and shift and that I’m always OK, not in need of anything to buffer them away.
