Just wanted to say thank you Gillian for helping me figure out why I was feeling down the last few days. I have been so focussed on addressing addictive desire each time it cropped up I got a bit carried away and I think I was going a bit too hard and fast at it.
Fully embracing choice I decided to have a little more carb at breakfast and lunch today, and I feel so much better for it. I can choose to reduce them again when I want to, and if it feels right. I don’t need to make all the changes at once, baby steps.
