I have a couple of queries:
1. I sometimes find I have eaten almost ‘unconsciously’ and before I know it have overeaten and not event thought of Eating Less techniques. Is there any tips on how to remain conscious of what I am going to eat and remain in control?
2. The MP3 you have on your website – is this the same as the CD you released many years ago?

1. It’s tough to remain conscious as we actually need to be able to go into automatic “unconscious” behaviour in order to live our lives. Paying conscious attention to every little thing we do isn’t going to work. So expect this kind of unconsciousness, and you can maybe make the food a little bit more difficult to reach – in boxes in cupboards, in another room, or maybe left in the shops. That way you’ve got a chance to become aware of what you’re doing before you eat.
2. No, this mp3 is just 6 minutes long and quite different.
