Even when I’m not hungry, say 2 hours after a meal, I start thinking about the next time I’ll eat or the next meal. Does this obsession dissipate once I’ve truly internalized the sense of choice? I’m weary of spending SO much time and energy thinking about food, the next meal, the next snack….Thanks, Judith
hi! Yes, I think it dissipates and it comes again sometimes. But in my case, I use to have that overthinking around food all days and after every meal. And now.. it happens sometimes, but not with each meal.
