      I just thought I’d recommend re-visiting the Motivation module – I watched it again last night after a week of pretty much owning my choices (both good and bad). I have found it so helpful to be reminded of the positive benefits of eating less, rather than reminding myself doomily of the consequences of overeating.

      I think with the ‘outcomes’ I was in danger of slipping into’threatening’ myself (‘If you eat that, you’ll have a headache tomorrow’ etc) rather than making a choice to overeat, along with all the consequences.

      It’s certainly a learning curve!
