      Hello Gillian

I have 2 questions about prohibition and chioce.

What if I deal with prohibitive thinking after? A substantial healthy meal?
Like you shouldn’t have done it. That was too much or it was not time to eat etc.
(There will be a voice for me to continue eating or ideas of restricting later in the day)

Also how do I really know if it was my choice to in eat?? If making a choice is mixing in with real hunger?
I love eating healthy so that one is an easy choice
I more struggle with really eating too much
Even if I ask myself about the outcome afterwards.

      Grateful for your input

It’s always a good idea to challenge prohibitive thinking any time you notice it: before, during and/or after overeating.

I answered that question for Emily in the thread “Unsure about choice”

I don’t see a problem with eating when there’s real hunger. As for eating too much, the video about Times and Plans will become available on Sunday – and Plans will be of use with this.
