      Hello Gillian!

      I am curious to know when you say to focus on one thing at a time do you mean one thing I want to change for example: eating after dinner, not stuffing myself at meals, etc or do you mean to focus one one of the three pillars you teach example: Motivation, Choice, Desire?

      Thanks for your question, Jessica.

      Aim to use all three themes together, and work on making a change in one overeating behaviour, such as eating after dinner.
