I think your comments about the food industry are spot on.
Have you read Joanna Blythman’s book “Swallow This – serving up the food industry’s darkest secrets”? It was a real eye opener for me, and I recommend it to anyone who really wants to know what they’re putting In their mouths.
She did write another book Called “What to eat” which suggests more wholesome alternatives. It’s not about denying choice, just making more informed choices.
