I just wanted to share my shopping revelation with you! It’s the first time I’ve been food shopping since Sunday, and although I had a list I started to do my usual thing of planning what I was going to buy that wasn’t on the list. At this point I started thinking through the addictive desire and didn’t end up buying anything extra. I now realise that doing this when shopping will be just as, if not more, beneficial to me than when I’m craving something.
I suppose I can still go back and buy the food later. I always kidded myself that the unhealthy food was for other, it wasn’t!
